Board Registration & Store Issues
If you are new to Scrapdango, we would love to have you join us on the boards. If you register, give me 24 hours to approve you, but if you don't get an approval email or aren't able to login after that time, email me at scrapdango@gmail.com. I have had a lot of spammers try to register and sometimes it is hard for me to tell who is legitimate. I tend to err on the cautious side, so if you're username isn't obvious to me, I may not approve it. Thank you for your patience.
If you have tried to purchase something or sign up for a membership in the store but have had problems, please email me at scrapdango@gmail.com. Many people have had error messages trying to make a purchase and you cannot check out online using a credit card, but if you call me, I can process your credit card payment and get your order shipped out right away.

The kit price is the same each month and when you join for a 12 month membership, your 13th kit is FREE. Although, our main focus is the monthly kits, we also offer amazing deals on past kits in the store as well as some great product. I have been busily updating the store with lots of new stuff, and I hope you check it out. If you want some items included in with your monthly kit, I can send you those with no additional shipping charge.

Unfortunately, you cannot pay using your credit card in the online store. It will only take Paypal, but you can use your credit card by contacting Scrapdango at scrapdango@gmail.com and letting us know what you would like to order or if you would like to sign up for a kit membership, and we can get in touch with you and get your credit card information.
