Scrapdango is committed to inspiring creativity.  We offer products that are fun and innovative and that scrapbookers can actually use.  We are dedicated to bringing our customers unique products from a variety of sources, providing online support, encouragement and friendship, and kits that are coordinated and easy to use for both the advanced and novice scrapbooker.

 How do I order or become a subscriber?

Kits are posted on the 1st of each month.  You can place your order through our online store or by contacting us at 503-730-0248.  Kits can be purchased individually or by becoming a 6 or 12 month member.

What forms of payment does Scrapdango accept?

Scrapdango accepts Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.  Debit cards that are backed by Mastercard or Visa are accepted as well.  You may change your billing information by contacting Scrapdango via phone or email. 

What is the price of Scrapdango kits?

Scrapdango kits are $28.50 each plus shipping.  If you become a monthly member and receive both the Sugar and Spice kits each month, the cost is $56.00 plus shipping.  Scrapdango kits can be purchased individually for $33.00 each plus shipping.  Add-on products are also available, as well as other great products in our store.

When will my credit card payment be processed?

Scrapdango processes monthly kit payments on the 20th of each month.  PayPal payers will receive a payment request notice on the 13th of each month and your payment is expected by the 20th of each month.  Orders for store products will be processed immediately and payments will be processed when the order is ready to ship. Orders for store products that accompany a monthly kit membership order will process on the 20th of the month and ship with your monthly kit.

What is the return policy?

Beginning August 2009, a complete list of kit contents and the featured kits will be revealed on the 15th of each month.  Please review these carefully as all sales are final.  If you wish to skip a monthly kit, Scrapdango needs notification by the 15th of the month.

When are kits shipped?

For Scrapdango members, kits ship out beginning on the 25th of each month provided the order and payment was received by the 20th.  Kits are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2 - 5 business days.  International orders are shipped via USPS.  Estimated shipping time for international orders is 12 - 15 days.  New Scrapdango club members will begin with the current monthly kit and featured products as supplies last.  We do sell out of our scrapbooking kits, we will put you on a wait list for the featured kit if that happens.  If the current months' kit is sold out and none are available for the wait list, your membership will begin with the next months' kit or you may choose a previous kit, if available.

What are the shipping costs?

Single kit purchases and purchases under 2 lbs. ship for $7.50 and Combo kit purchases and purchases over 2 lbs. ship for a flat rate of $9.30 within the Continental United States and Canada.  Exception to this shipping rates are orders within the same shipping zone as Scrapdango.  Shipping costs to local customers will be adjusted at the time payment is processed.  One additional exception is if products ordered can not fit within the same flat rate box or if the shipping costs of additional items ordered increase the actual shipping costs.  Shipping costs will be adjusted for these exceptions.  International shipping costs is actual shipping.  The shipping cost shown when you check out of the store will not be accurate and international shipping will be adjusted when your order is processed.

What if my shipment is damaged?

Scrapdango takes great care in preparing and packaging our kits, however damage in shipment can occasionally occur.  If your shipment arrives damaged, please email or call us within 48 hours.  Arrangements will be made to return the damaged shipment and replacement products to be sent to you.  If your kit is no longer available, we will either extend your membership one month or send you an alternate kit of your choice.  We are unable to accept returns for international shipments.  If you would like to purchase insurance, please let us know.

Can I skip or switch kits?

Although we are sure you will enjoy all of our monthly scrapbooking kits, we understand that you may want to skip a kit occasionally.  We do allow our 6 -month scrapbook club members to skip two scrapbooking kits per membership period and our 12-month membership customers to skip three kits per membership period.  Please note that your current membership will be extended by the number of skips you decide to make. To qualify for a skip month, you must notify us by the 15th of the month if you want to skip. If you skip a month, you will not be billed until your next kit is shipped.  If you like one of the other featured kits and want to switch from one to the other, we will try to accomodate your request pending product availability.  We like to be flexible but we ask our members to purchase the other featured kit if they like it.  We discourage switching back and forth between Sugar and Spice on a monthly basis.

Can I cancel my membership?

Should you wish to cancel your membership, please email us at info@scrapdango.com. Keep in mind, there will be a $10 fee charged at time of cancellation if subscription is canceled after the 15th of the month and/or before 6 months of membership kits have been purchased.

What are the benefits of membership?

Scrapdango members can rest assured that as a 6 or 12 month member, a kit is reserved for you each month of your membership.  You will never miss out on a Scrapdango kit during your membership because we are sold out.  12 month members receive their 13th kit(s) free and only pay for shipping on the free kit(s).  Members also have access to a hidden area of our forum for kit club members where you can access and download digital elements that are coordinated to go along with your monthly kits.  Additional benefits include 10% discount on anything we carry in our store.  The only exclusions are Weekly Deals and the featured monthly kits.  This is our standard member discount and our way of saying "Thank you" to our members. 

How do I change my billing information or shipping address?

You may change your billing information by contacting Scrapdango via phone or email.  Please be sure to do this before the 15th of the month.  We often sell out of our kits and have a wait list.  If we are unable to process your payment, your kit could be released after the 25th of the month to a customer on our wait list.  It is the customers responsibility to notify Scrapdango of a change in address prior to kit shipments.  Please be sure to email SCRaPDANGo at info@scrapdango.com or call Scrapdango at 503-730-0248 if you need to change your address for your shipment.  Please do not change your address in your store account only.  You need to notify us via email or phone of the address change.  We are not responsible if your kit is shipped to an old address and we were not notified.
